Finally...I'm sleeping at night
I'm 65 years old and I've suffered from extreme insomnia for at least 17 years. It started when i got Lyme Disease. There were nights I only got 2 or 3 hrs and this continued till I took Melatonin which didn't help but mixed with benadryl..... it kind of helped when I could stand it no longer.
